About Jen
Jen Griswold is an entrepreneur, author, and retired military officer with a heart for serving her community through teaching entrepreneurship and providing marketing resources to women who want to launch their own businesses.
After retiring from 20 years as an officer in the Air Force, she leaned on her skills and training to grow a multimillion-dollar sales organization. Today, Jen leads the training, development, and production of a distributed team of thousands of entrepreneurs and gained her recognition on the Today Show.
With her military experience and community always close to her heart, Jen published “Mission Entrepreneur” on applying lessons from military life to modern entrepreneurship. She also founded a website and branding development company dedicated to helping women in business grow their impact through marketing. In the spring of 2021, her company launched a link in bio tool called BossLady Bio that is democratizing women’s access to mini-websites and stands out as the first choice for women who want simple and affordable marketing tool for their business.
