Day 15 with Dr. raymona lawrence

Dr. Raymona H. Lawrence’s work and heartfelt mission is to help individuals and organizations incorporate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into their business strategy so they can authentically connect with, recruit, and retain diverse networks of customers and team members. Dr. Lawrence is a Software/Services as a System (SAAS) Agency Owner, and a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Strategist, Speaker, Coach, and Consultant for network marketers, small business owners, and solopreneurs. She has developed the iEngageU platform-an ALL inclusive set of business systems for business owners and has delivered engaging and thought-provoking DEI speeches and training to thousands of network marketers across the United States and Globally. She has facilitated DEI training and consulted within companies such as Arbonne International, Rodan & Fields, and Forma Therapeutics.

Dr. Lawrence is highly intrigued by the breadth and depth of human difference and is passionate about helping individuals and organizations develop curated strategies to connect to diverse communities, customers, and team members. Dr. Lawrence has a doctorate in public health (DrPH), extensive training in community engagement, health disparities, and health inequities, has a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University’s eCornell, is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory®, has a certificate in the Intercultural Conflict Inventory®, and she holds the Certified Diversity Executive® Credential. Therefore, her systems teach business owners how to navigate differences and to develop Inclusive Sales Systems and team culture that facilitates the growth and retention of diverse networks.

Dr. Lawrence’s purpose is to challenge broken systems that keep people from reaching their highest potential and to help make network marketing a place where everyone can feel like they belong. She is a disruptor of broken NWM systems that harm diverse communities that interact with NWM companies. She is a facilitator of transformation within the NWM industry. Dr. Lawrence is a change agent who understands that it’s not just recruitment, but retention that matters when growing diverse teams in NWM. Dr. Lawrence is the creator of the R.O.A.R. Framework where she teaches business owners how to Speak Up for Diversity and to analyze their Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention (R.O.A.R.) systems through an Inclusive lens. She uses her expertise as an educator and love for engagement to initiate conversation, with network marketers and other business owners, and facilitates actionable strategy development around inclusive team building, marketing, and sales systems, and coaches clients to implement those steps immediately to make their lives, and the lives of others better.
